Our Mission
To empower children and communities.
Our Vision
A greener, safer and more inclusive planet where young people lead climate action in every corner of Kenya and beyond.

Founder & CEO
Karen Wanjiru Kimani
I am the proud CEO of Karen Forte Environmental Conservation Foundation, a registered non-profit organization dedicated to helping communities achieve their climate goals. Through this platform, we’ve launched tree-growing programs, mentorship for children and ecosystem protection campaigns.
I’m also a pupil at Rophine International School in Utawala, Nairobi. I serve as the Cabinet Secretary for Environment in our student council. In 2023, I founded our school’s Environmental Club, which now has over 400 active members. Together, we’ve planted and nurtured over 1,172 trees.
My environmental journey began in 2018 through modeling and advocacy where I created outfits from recycled materials and won the Eco Silver Award at the international finals in Tenerife, Spain in 2019. That moment was the spark that ignited my mission to save our planet.

“We are leading the way to a greener future.”
